Yes, there are restrictions on who can use the Aave platform.
In order to use the platform, users must be at least 18 years old and must pass a KYC/AML verification process. Additionally, users must be located in a jurisdiction where Aave is legally allowed to operate. Currently, Aave is available in most countries except for the United States and certain other jurisdictions.
In addition to these restrictions, users must also meet certain criteria in order to be eligible for certain features of the platform.
