Who are the team members behind Stacks?

The Stacks project is led by a team of experienced entrepreneurs, engineers, and researchers.

The core team consists of: • Muneeb Ali, Co-Founder & CEO: Muneeb is a serial entrepreneur and computer scientist who has been working on decentralized systems since 2010. He was the co-founder of Onename (acquired by Blockstack) and previously worked at Microsoft Research. • Ryan Shea, Co-Founder & President: Ryan is an entrepreneur and software engineer who has been working on decentralized systems since 2013.

He was the co-founder of Onename (acquired by Blockstack) and previously worked at Google. • Patrick Stanley, CTO: Patrick is a software engineer with experience in distributed systems and cryptography. He was previously the lead engineer at Onename (acquired by Blockstack).

• Corin Faife, Head of Product: Corin is an experienced product manager with a background in distributed systems and blockchain technology. He was previously the product lead at Onename (acquired by Blockstack). • Jude Nelson, Lead Engineer: Jude is an experienced software engineer with a background in distributed systems and cryptography.

He was previously the lead engineer at Onename (acquired by Blockstack). • Leland Lee, Lead Engineer: Leland is an experienced software engineer with a background in distributed systems and cryptography. He was previously the lead engineer at Onename (acquired by Blockstack).

• Ari Juels, Chief Scientist: Ari is a professor of computer science at Cornell Tech who specializes in cryptography and distributed systems research. He was previously the chief scientist at RSA Security. • Naveen Jain, Advisor: Naveen is an entrepreneur who has founded several successful companies including Intelius and Moon Express.

He currently serves as an advisor to Stacks.
