How do I participate in governance decisions made by Klatyn ?
Klaytn is a public blockchain platform that provides an easy-to-use, secure, and scalable environment for developers and users.
As a public blockchain platform, Klaytn has a governance system that allows users to participate in the decision-making process. The Klaytn Governance Council (KGC) is responsible for making decisions on the platform’s technical and economic policies. The KGC consists of 21 members from various organizations including Ground X, the company behind Klaytn, as well as other industry partners.
The members of the KGC are elected by the Klaytn community through a voting process. To participate in the governance decisions made by Klaytn, you must first become a member of the KGC. To do this, you must register as a user on the Klaytn website and then submit your application to join the council.
Once your application is approved, you will be able to participate in discussions and voting on proposed changes to the platform’s policies. In addition to participating in governance decisions made by Klaytn through the KGC, users can also vote on proposals submitted by other users through a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). This DAO allows users to submit proposals for changes to be made to the platform’s policies and then vote on them using their KLAY tokens.
If enough votes are cast in favor of a proposal, it will be implemented on the platform.
