Yes, there is a roadmap for the development of the Zilliqa project.

The roadmap outlines the major milestones and goals that the team has set for itself in order to reach its ultimate goal of becoming a leading public blockchain platform. The roadmap is divided into three main phases: Phase 1: Mainnet Launch and Ecosystem Development (Q1 2018 - Q2 2019) This phase focused on launching the mainnet, developing the core infrastructure, and building out the ecosystem. During this phase, Zilliqa launched its mainnet in January 2019 and released several new features such as smart contracts, staking, and sharding.

Additionally, they launched their own token (ZIL) and established partnerships with various projects to help grow their ecosystem. Phase 2: Expansion of Ecosystem & Protocol Enhancements (Q3 2019 - Q2 2020) This phase focused on expanding the ecosystem by adding more partners and developers to build on top of Zilliqa’s platform. Additionally, they have been working on protocol enhancements such as scalability improvements and privacy features.

Phase 3: Enterprise Adoption & Global Expansion (Q3 2020 - Ongoing) This phase focuses on enterprise adoption of Zilliqa’s platform as well as global expansion into new markets.
